I signed up for an account, now what do I do to get started?

You will receive an email with a password for your account after signing up, use that password at https://os.social to access your account.

Once you are logged into the “My Account” page, your can access and click on your “Content Center” portal.

Click the “Content Questionnaire” tab, fill in the necessary information, and submit. Once our team receives your questionnaire we will begin the setup process, schedule your Strategy Session, and begin working on your social tiles.

How long does it take to get started on FBS?
The signup takes about 3-5 minutes. Once your account is created, you can connect your social channels with a few clicks. Once your initial Strategy Session is completed, you can use the Content Portal immediately.
How do I connect my social channels in FBS?

Can I use the FBS service month to month? Are there any contracts or commitments?

OS.Social memberships are set on a yearly commitment and not month-to-month. When signing up you agree to the terms and conditions here: https://os.social/policies-and-procedures/

What are my payment options?
Online payment methods include all major credit cards. You can pay for your service monthly, quarterly, six months, or choose to pay in full option at checkout.
If I have a question about my invoice, who should I contact?
You can view all orders, subscription info, and account details in the “My Account” tab or reach our billing department at support@os.social. 
How much does FBS cost?

The Ambassador service is $295/month. 

The Ambassador Plus service (includes 12 videos) is $595/month.

The Broker service is $595/month.

The Broker Plus service (includes 12 videos) is $895/month.

Can I manage my personal social media with FBS?
No. OS.Social was purposely designed for managing Business socials only to optimize success.
Can I customize my campaigns?
Yes. When submitting your Content Questionnaire, add all requested information, including any custom elements, ideas, or assets. Your campaigns will be created around these submissions.
What do I do if I forget my password?
Go to “My Account” and click “Lost Your Password?”. You will receive an email to reset your OS.Social password.
What social networks can I use with FBS?

You can manage the following accounts in FBS: Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Google My Business, and Twitter. We are always looking to add new networks as they become available and relevant.

Does FBS link to my CRM?

No. FBS is a social marketing hub built solely for social marketing management and strategy.

How does the social tile process work?
Once you submit your “Content Questionnaire” our designers will begin creating 8-10 samples. These samples will be emailed to you for approval. Once approved, we will complete 100 social tiles based on the approved samples and start scheduling them to post on your socials twice a week.
How does the “Submit Content Now” portal work?
Once your socials have been linked to our platform you can start submitting any content you want our team to lay out, schedule, and post to your socials. The submission form is simple and user-friendly and allows you to attach photos and videos. You can submit as much content as you wish, there are no limits.
